Pursuant to the Federal RICO Act, Codified under 18 U.S.C. 1961-68 ( 1994 ), Section 1961 and Section 1962 (c), Precedents of  Class-Plaintiffs v. Edward Magedson, et als, 07-cv-00222, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the New Jersey Defamation Statutes, Sullivan v. New York Time,  American Corporate Society Inc v. The Star Ledger of New Jersey, Antoine v. Belleville Time, Antoine v. Bloomfield Life, I am explicitly requesting that you, your publishing companies, your partners and employees, and business affiliates to forever cease, desist, delete, retract, erase, remove our good names from the above slanderous reports.

We have no business relationships with you or your companies, nor did we ever expressly give you written authorizations for the said above negative publications of our names. You must therefore comply with this notice immediately by removing them from your criminal engagements websites with signed prejudice.

Otherwise, our expert attorneys will initiate an expensive lawsuit against you and your fellow associates for violations of the Federal RICO Acts, including Extortion Claims, Trade Libel, Unfair Competitions, Business Boycotting, Bath faith Business Racketeering, Intentional Slander, Malicious Libel, and Conspiracy claims.  Treble and Punitive damages will further be sought jointly and personally against you and your conspirators.
