BY WAY OF JURY COMPLAINT FOR MALICIOUS DEFAMATION, TORTIOUS LIBELS, SLANDER, CHARACTER-ASSASSINATION AGAINST THE DEFENDANTS INCLUDING BLOOMFIELD LIFE, BELLEVILLE TIMES, AND ITS AFFILIATES, NEWSPAPER PRINTS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AND ITS BIASED REPORTER, MR. JEFF FRANKEL, PLAINTIFF DR. MAX DENIS ANTOINE STATES AS FOLLOWS AND UNDER OATH:

COUNT ONE

(1) Dr. Max Denis Antoine is a Long Time Private Resident of the State of New Jersey, a Citizen of the United States of America, a Professional Pacifist, and of course a Born Democrat, well venerated by our National and International Community at Every Level of Government.

A. Dr. Antoine is an advanced Law Graduate of the North Western California University School of Law, and a Licensed Transnational Attorney. He graduated with huge Honors, with a LLM Master Degree in Law. NWCU can obviously be reached at (916)-920-9470 for VERIFIED ATTESTATION.

B. Dr. Antoine is also a Trans-National Law Graduate and Licensed attorney of the State University of Haiti, with a J.D. Law Degree, Pursuant to Federal Regulations Vested and lawfully authorized Under 8 C.F.R. 1292.1 (a ) ( 2), (a) (3 ), (a) (4 ), et seq.

C. Dr. Antoine has also been dully Licensed as a Private Detective, and same can always be Attested by the State of New Jersey, and by numerous other professional entities in provision of the United States Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 1983, 42 U.S.C.A. 2000e, and New Jersey Employment LAD Laws against Public Discrimination, Libelous Humiliation among his Professional Peers, ongoing Persecution, Reprisal, and Covert Retaliation. In Wit., N.J.S.A. 10:5-12d, 5-4.1, same as in the case of Ramano V. Brown, 284 N.J. Super 543, 548-549.

D. Dr. Antoine has also been licensed as a Real Estate Sales Person by the State of New Jersey.

E. Dr. Antoine has also been licensed as a Notary Public by the State of New Jersey.

F. Dr. Antoine has also been licensed as a registered Debt Collector by the State of New Jersey.

G. Dr. Antoine has also been licensed as a Valid New Jersey Driver for over 21 years; however plaintiff Dr Max D. Antoine does not have any professional links that can Assist, Issue, Convey, or Fabricate New Jersey Driver Licenses to and for anyone living within the boundaries of the State of New Jersey.

H. Dr. Antoine has also been licensed as a Mortgage Broker by the State of Pennsylvania.

I. Dr. Antoine has also been licensed by the State of New York as a Real Estate Broker.

J. Dr. Antoine has also been licensed by the state of New York as a Notary Public.

K. Dr. Antoine has also been an Active Member of the State Bar of New Jersey as an out of state practitioner, Bar No. 084-963 and as a transnational licensed attorney duly licensed to practice international and trans-national laws and trans-national business transactions as a duly Paid Employee of his two corporate employers, the American Corporate Society, Inc, and the Canadian Corporate Agency Inc. Both entities also licensed and registered under New Jersey vested corporate licensing laws and regulations. Duplicate copies of proofs attached herein.

L. Dr. Antoine has also been a member of the New York State Bar, Under Bar No. 692-242 and numerous other state bars of the Untied States under the same above regulations outlined in sub-paragraph K, and was duly licensed as an F.L.C.-Law practitioner by the state of New York Supreme Court. M. Dr. Antoine has also been a member of the National Black Prosecutors Association, the National Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Immigration Law Practitioners Association of England, the Hispanic Bar Association, the Puerto Rican Bar Association, the Haitian Bar Association, the Garden State Bar Association, the Mexican American Bar Association, the International Criminal Bar Association, and the European Lawyers Association. These are only a few of voluntary bar associations that have globally and nationally been sided with Dr Max Denis Antoine’s Employment and Federal Constitutional Rights.

N. Dr. Antoine has however, never been in the practice of New Jersey State Law within the legal boundaries of the New Jersey State. To the contrary, Dr. Antoine has always been a paid employee of his employers, agent of his employers as vested under Court Doctrine of Servant and Master.
