MOTION FOR CASE UPDATE STATUS REGARDING THE

REMAINING CO-DEFENDANTS

Dear Beloved Honorable Ravin :

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 14-147, N.J.S.A. 40A: 14-118,  N.J.S.A. 52: 17B-98, N.J.A.C. 4A: 2-2.6 (c ), about six separate counts of criminal charges were also simultaneously filed, and transferred to CJP Court, and to your court room for continued formal processing. Since defendant Dr. Max D. Antoine was arraigned on April 16, 2009, and pleaded not guilty to the charges, the co-defendants on the other hand were not officially arraigned or technically charged at the same time.  As a law-abiding citizen, and the State primary victim in this pressing matter, I wanted to know why.

Copies of my six ( 6 ) formal counter charges are now attached herein with supporting evidence for your fairly immediate consideration, and vested attention. Therefore, and under State v. Molnar, 81 N.J. 476,  N.J.S.A. 2C: 30-2, N.J.S.A. 2C: 2-12(a), State v.

Johnson, 127 N.J. 458, 470 ( 1992 ), State v. Florez, 134 N.J. 570, 583 ( 1994 ), and by Federal authority of Jacobson v. United States, 503 U.S. 540 ( 1992 ), I am painfully

requesting a formal written update and decision regarding the said attached counter charges against the remaining defendants as soon as possible, or before the court hearing of May 29, 2009.

Thank you so much your honor for your precious time fruitfully being vested into this very urgent perplexing incident, and being the State’s primary victim your judicial assistance is therefore greatly needed.
