Re: MAX D, ANTOINE NOTICE OF CLAIM

Kindly accept this, my Notice of Claim filed on behalf of Max Antoine the above en-captioned, who claims he was in his Corporate office, at 114 Broughton Avenue, Bloomfield, New Jersey, on April 8, 2009, when several Police of the Township of Bloomfield came into his office with weapons in

their hands shouting to everybody down on the floor. They proceeded to search the premises and take out several boxes of items belonging to his corporate entity without showing him a search warrant for the premises, or leaving him an inventory list.

Officers involved apparently are, Bloomfield Police Officer Robert Grady, Bloomfield Police Detective Sergeant, Richard McGolrick and David Sanabria of the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office inter alia.

He claims he was falsely arrested, falsely charged and wrongfully deprived of his rights under U.S. Constitution4th and 5th Amendments. Please see attached documents drafted by Mr. Antoine. It is also suspected that a warrant may have been improperly issued with bail charged. None of the

offenses were higher than 3rd degree offenses, which meant a warrant was not allowed under the law. Thus, it would appear that whoever the municipal Judge was that issued the warrant violated the law.    Mr. Antoine claims presently are $350,000

Very truly yours,

Eldridge Hawkins, Esq.
